99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3 – 5 business days of payment.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7 – 10 business days from the date that it is placed.

Please be advised – We cannot priority ship to PO Boxes – needs to be a physical address.

Estimated Ship Timelines Does Not Include Handling Time!

All our products are made as ordered, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

All items are shipped out around 1 – 3 working days after receipt of payment.

From there, all domestic orders will take approximately 5 – 10 working days to arrive.

** On average, the order is produced and shipped from our facility 3 – 5 business days after purchase with standard shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
  • This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
  • International delivery usually takes about 9 – 21 business days.
  • US orders are shipped by Epacket, takes about 7-10 business days which is a US Postal Service product.
  • After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 21 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Processing time: 3 – 5 business days (depending on different occasions)

You will receive a Tracking Number by email within 24 hours of your order being scanned out of our distribution centers. It may take up to 5 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).
(Note that our International fulfillment centers do not ship during weekends or holidays)

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in Asia, some of our special items are located in other countries such as Australia, North America, Hong Kong and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
  • Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Mail Menu.

If you didn’t receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?

Because our products are custom made and unique, we only return or replace your order in one of those requests below:

  • Within 5 days of receiving orders, you have to request or notify us about a return or replacement the order.
  • The products have been crashed or damaged.
  • The print quality is blurry or not the same as pictures on our website.
  • Different design or size from your order.

WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

  • Submitting all evidence to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our return/replacement process.
  • Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.

  • Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)

FAST SHIPPING

Fast shipping is available to these selected products only For US orders, it will take 3 – 5 days only. For international orders, delivery time will take 6 – 8 days.

TAX

We don’t have tax nexus in the Rest of World.

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)
